Director, Healthcare Contract Management

Capital Health is seeking a Director of Contract Management to lead the system-wide contract operations, develop policies, and partner with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain to optimize the contract lifecycle. You will mentor a team, drive compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statutes and HIPAA, and advise senior leadership on regulatory risks while maintaining FMV standards and effective vendor management across the organization.
