Salary: $165,000 - $230,000 per year

Job Details: General Manager, Service $ Building Automation You will oversee multiple service business units generating $5-10 million in annual revenue. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you'll craft strategy, strengthen customer relationships, guide financial performance, and mentor a high-caliber team spread across several locations. This role blends visionary leadership with hands‑on operational stewardship, perfect for a growth-oriented leader who loves building both business and people.

Responsibilities:

Set divisional goals and growth strategies; drive sales, business development, and new-customer pipelines
Cultivate and expand client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying repeat-work opportunities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple units, enforcing consistent safety, quality, and performance standards
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews; implement efficiency and margin‑improvement initiatives
Recruit, develop, and coach managers and technicians; partner with HR on talent planning and succession
Collaborate with fellow General Managers to share best practices and support enterprise‑wide service objectives

Qualifications:

8+ years' leadership experience within service, mechanical, HVAC, or related technical environments
Proven record managing multiple P&Ls and geographically dispersed teams
Solid knowledge of HVAC/mechanical and building‑automation systems
Demonstrated success in business development, customer retention, and financial management
Strong coaching skills with the ability to unify teams around shared goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred)
