Job DescriptionPOSITION: Shipping CoordinatorLOCATION: Zelienople, PAPAY: $22–$25/hr (based on experience)
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday/3 ShiftsTYPE: Temp to Hire

Job Duties:
- Create shipping documentation, pack lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using TMS and logistics providers
- Work with Production to ensure ontime shipping
- Track shipments and verify delivery status
- Maintain shipping records and respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare and follow up on freight claims
- Post daily shipping information in the company database
- Provide freight rates to Estimators and Inside SalesHonor customerspecific shipping requirements
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year shipping experience (steel service center preferred)
- Experience with international shipping, customs, USMCA, AES, etc., a plus
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift/crane as needed
- Must pass background check and drug test
