What You'll Do: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities. Prepare meals and provide medication reminders. Help with light housekeeping and laundry. Assist with errands and transportation when needed. Follow each client's care plan and report changes in their condition to the office. Help clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their homes.
What We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience. CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance for applicable positions. A recent, accepted TB test. Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills. A genuine commitment to providing respectful, quality care.
