Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America.The OCM Lead will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the "people side" of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.The OCM Lead must work through many others in the organization to succeed. The Change Management Lead will coach senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor. They may also provide direct support and coaching to all managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The OCM Lead will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.Primary Duties / Responsibilities:Delivery of change management plans for digital initiatives.Work with leaders and various stakeholders to define the change strategyWork closely with the transformation team to align on deliverables from a change perspective.Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and change impact assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Establish and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure the effectiveness of analysis activities and report on project success.Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tacticsChange Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for specific projects and or initiatives, ensuring alignment with Hazardous Waste's mission, goals and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners, to build support and commitment to the change efforts.Create training plans to prepare end-user for changeProvide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.Establish and maintain a network of change champions or agents within the organization who can help drive the adoption of changes at various levels.Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Integrate change management activities into project planCreate training plans/documents to prepare end-user for changeSupport the design, development, delivery, and management of communications for various audiences.Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.Ensure the alignment of business requirements with organizational goals, strategies, and processes.Produce compelling stories to engage with the audience and reflect the strategyQualificationsEducation / Experience / Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Change Manager, Change Analyst, Transformation Analyst Business, or similar role.Experience with Agile methodologiesExperience with large-scale organizational change effortsKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Proficiency with requirements management and modeling tools.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management practices.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent active listening skillsAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situationsResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereForward looking with a holistic approachOrganized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tacticsProblem solving and root cause identification skillsAble to work effectively at all levels in an organizationGoogle Application expertiseStrong communication and presentation skillsMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersAbility to manage multiple priorities and work on several initiativesAbility to travel 25%Required Certification / Licenses / Training:PROSCI certification preferredWell knowledgeable of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleAnnual Pay range: Minimum of $100000 to a maximum of $120000Veolia's comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
