CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with service, and management teams to improve customer experience. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality. Train and support staff on customer service best practices and company policies. Manage customer communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively. Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.

Qualifications: Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or a related field.
