Sales Consultant Opportunity Looking for a full-time sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential? We are hiring immediately for Sales Consultants at Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, where our team earns $150,000+ annually through a fully commission-based compensation plan. As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our premium window and door products. You'll help customers find the right solution for their home through in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations. We set our team up for success with paid training, a ramp-up period, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a flexible schedule. Top performers also earn an all-expenses-paid company trip each year. At Renewal by Andersen, you'll represent a trusted brand with industry-leading products that homeowners already know and value. You'll focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that help homeowners improve their homes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers. Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs. Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation. Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology. Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships. Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of sales experience. Passionate about exceeding customer expectations. Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals. A confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support your workflow. Adaptable, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment. A valid U.S. driver's license. Flexibility to meet customers during evenings and weekends.
