Profitable, leading machining manufacturer with a diverse business mix is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to improve and elevate their recruitment processes for hourly and salary staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to a VP of HR and supervise one staff recruiter.

This is a leadership role that requires qualified candidates to take immediate ownership of the department and champion improvement of KPIs and processes. There are critical hourly recruitment needs and salary openings. Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and direction, this is not an entry level position. REQUIREMENTS for the Talent Acquisition Manager :1. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree2. At least 5 years of similar manufacturing talent acquisition management experience3. Experience leading and creating recruitment efforts for hourly and salary team members4. Experience recruiting technical roles, such as engineering, skilled trades, etc.5. Experience improving successful recruitment strategies6. A proven leadership background, ideally overseeing others7. HRIS system experience8. Microsoft OfficeSkills preferred but NOT required:1. Experience recruiting for skilled trades2.
