Start Date: ASAPAbout the Position Specialty :Physiatrist Boarded–YesHospital Location : Bay City, MIInpatient Rehab Unit (20 beds) Reason for Coverage:
  • Physiatrist Vacation
  • The coverage request is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm onsite daily (no weekends are necessary)
  • November 23 - November 27 November 30 - December 4The following should be included in the daily responsibilities
  • Patients need to be seen face to face within 24hrs of admission
  • On-site coverage
  • RoundingConsultsFace to face patient care
  • Scheduled Team conferences(these are already prescheduled, cannot be rescheduled)
  • Monday 8:30amWednesday 8:30amFriday 11amWill not cover outpatient clinic – Only Hospital Inpatient Rehab coverage 100% adult rehab
  • Number of Patients Per Day:10-20 on the unit24 Hour Lab Available24hr Anesthesia Department
  • Documentation System/EMR:CernerTrauma Level/Designation:
  • Level IIICertification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.):BLSPM&R Required Procedures:
