Overview
In this role you drive affiliate channel strategies to fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth for a major financial services client. You will lead partner onboarding, optimization, and performance reviews while steering cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and external partners, you’ll shape the affiliate roadmap and operational processes. You will analyze performance, craft executive-ready insights, and ensure governance and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact, growth-focused opportunity in a fast-paced, cross-team environment.
Responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate channel strategies to drive customer acquisition and business objectives Manage relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, agencies, and strategic partners, including onboarding, activation, optimization, and performance reviews Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and success metrics to ensure on-time delivery Partner with business and technology teams to enhance affiliate platforms, tracking, attribution, reporting, and processes Monitor channel performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize ROICreate executive-ready presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations Ensure affiliate activities comply with regulatory, legal, privacy, brand, and governance requirements Drive issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making across multiple teams and external partners Identify opportunities to improve affiliate processes, reporting, governance, and operational efficiency
Key requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, partnerships, product management, consulting, or project management Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, networks, publishers, and performance-based models Experience managing external partners and influencing internal stakeholders at multiple levels Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Experience developing executive communications and presenting insights to senior leadership Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point Stakeholder management Analytical mindset Effective communication Experience with affiliate platforms and networks (CJ, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten)Tracking, attribution, tagging, and performance measurement methodologies Microsoft Excel
