Duration: 12+ months contract with Possible Extension

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer / Developer with strong Python development skills to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing Generative AI solutions, working with Agent SDKs, and Python-based applications.

Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technology roles. Strong hands-on experience with Python programming. Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI/ML concepts. Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini. Experience with Agent SDKs and AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, OpenRouter, or similar platforms. Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases. Experience developing APIs and integrating AI services into enterprise applications. Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as LangChain. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP or Azure. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on large-scale enterprise GenAI implementations. Experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS AI/ML services. Experience with AWS cloud services is preferred. Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
