Fund Operations & SPV Administration Specialist

Duende Capital is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle of SPVs, fund commitments and investor reporting. You will partner with the Head of Operations to build the operational backbone across investments and vehicles. You will manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors and outside counsel, and design scalable systems for data rooms, CRM and dashboards to support rapid, precise investing.
