Scheduling Manager

Role Description: The Scheduling Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Mokena, IL. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and adjusting schedules for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage across all client sites. The Scheduling Manager collaborates with operations and field supervisors to align staffing with client requirements, contractual obligations, and service-level expectations. Daily tasks include monitoring schedule changes, resolving conflicts, tracking attendance, and updating scheduling systems and reports. The role also involves communicating assignments and changes clearly to team members, responding to urgent staffing needs, and supporting continuous improvement in workforce planning processes to maintain high-quality, reliable security services.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Scheduling and Production Planning skills to manage workforce coverage and resource allocation effectively. Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast staffing needs, interpret data, and optimize schedules. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with staff and leadership, and clearly convey schedule changes and expectations. Experience using scheduling or workforce management software and proficiency in basic office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email, databases) are beneficial. Prior experience in security services, operations management, or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on-site in Mokena, IL, manage multiple priorities, and respond calmly to urgent or last-minute changes is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related discipline is an advantage.
