Job Description:
Machine Operator - Molder of Rubber Gaskets Fluid Path Products specializes in manufacturing high-quality components for the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Food Processing industries. We are dedicated to precision, innovation, and delivering excellence to our customers. We are currently seeking a Molder of Rubber Gaskets to join our production team. If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and an interest in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply. This role offers opportunities for growth, including training to become a supervisor for candidates with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machine presses to mold rubber gaskets according to specifications. Inspect gaskets to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Accurately track the amount of rubber used in the molding process. Collaborate with the team to fulfill work orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:
