Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Specialist

Support environmental regulatory compliance and sustainability programs at Honda’s manufacturing plant. Develop procedures, analyze energy, water and waste data, lead improvement projects, coordinate contractors, deliver training, and conduct inspections, sampling and monitoring to meet regulations and environmental targets. Develop and implement processes and procedures for plant environmental regulatory compliance and company standards. Manage environmental business plan projects, track performance metrics, and apply continuous-improvement methods. Analyze energy, water, waste, and environmental data; set reduction targets and implement corrective actions. Coordinate environmental communication, training, and collaboration across department and plant teams. Coordinate contractors for waste, wastewater, water treatment, stack testing, consulting, and utilities. Conduct and document environmental inspections, sampling, monitoring, performance assessments, and audit support.
