On-Site 5 Days Per Week | Miami, FLWe Are Lucky Strike Entertainment. Bowling, Arcade, Family Entertainment Centers. One company. Twelve brands. A career built around unforgettable experiences. Hospitality at our core; we put people first by creating meaningful connections and delivering memorable experiences to every guest, every time.
Summary:
Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Business Development Manager in Miami to work directly with the executive team on new revenue: advertising, affiliate partnerships and other ways to earn on the guests, venues and brands we already have. You will own the analysis that decides whether opportunities get pursued and carry approved deals through to launch.
What You'll Do:
- Build the pipeline. Identify, size and prioritize new revenue opportunities across advertising and sponsorship, affiliate and partnership programs, and other ancillary revenue.
- Do the math. Build the model behind each opportunity (audience, pricing, revenue share, incremental margin, cost) and present it so an executive can decide in ten minutes.
- Support deals end to end. Prepare partner materials, join negotiations alongside executives, and work term sheets and contracts with Legal and Finance through signing.
- Get it live. Coordinate Marketing, Operations, IT, F&B and center teams to launch approved deals, then track results against plan and report plainly on what is working.
- Know the market. Track how comparable businesses monetize their audiences and bring the best ideas to the executive team.
- Write it up. Produce one-page memos, board pages and executive updates that frame the opportunity, the economics and the recommendation.
- What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or another quantitative field2 to 4 years in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, strategy, or business development or partnerships at an operating company
- Strong financial modeling skills; able to build a business case from a blank workbook
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; clear, direct writing that reduces a complex opportunity to one page
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives and saying no when the numbers do not support the idea
- Organized and reliable across several workstreams at once
Preferred:
advertising, sponsorship or affiliate experience; background in entertainment, hospitality, retail or sports; contract negotiation experience; SQL or Snowflake knowledge
