Strategic Medical Operations Executive

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Vice President of Medical Operations to lead the Brazos Valley Market, a five-hospital integrated system. You will collaborate with the Market President and senior executives to set clinical priorities, improve quality and patient safety, and drive operational excellence. You will mentor physician leaders, strengthen engagement across employed and independent staff, and guide long-term clinical strategy for one of the fastest-growing markets in Texas.
