Cheeseman Transport is hiring CDL A local flatbed drivers in Schaumburg, IL. Drivers will be locally delivering forklifts, batteries, tow motors and their parts on flatbed trailers. Hourly pay rate: $34 - $38
Average hours weekly: 40 minimum
Potential for overtime hours

Home Time: Home daily
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: Starting around 7:00 - 7:30am
Route: Delivering anywhere within a 250 mile radius of Schaumburg, IL
Level of Touch: Loading & unloading freight, must secure freight
Includes strapping, chaining, and possibly tarping Equipment

Automatic transmission
Governed speed: 68 mph
ELD equipped using Samsara
Outward facing camera

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have CDL A license
Must have 1 year of flatbed driving experience
Must have hazmat & tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
No felony in the past 7 years
No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Schaumburg, IL
