Talent Development Senior Consultant

Overview In this role you partner with Talent Development leaders to design and deliver modern learning solutions that build capability and support strategic priorities. You will create engaging learning experiences using AI-enabled tools and lead multi-workstream initiatives with a focus on measurable business impact. You collaborate across HR, stakeholders, and vendors to drive adoption, change management, and long-term behavior change. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits packagehybrid work arrangementsalary range information by locationwellbeing programsprofessional development opportunities Responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Development leaders and HR business partners to design learning programs aligned with strategic priorities Design learning journeys with sustainment, reinforcement, peer learning, and practical application for behavior change Deliver and facilitate high-quality learning experiences that drive engagement and outcomes Research and apply AI-enabled learning tools to improve experiences and accelerate content development Lead complex, multi-workstream projects including timelines, risks, stakeholder updates, and budget management Establish relationships with external vendors and customize content Design and implement change management and communication plans Define success metrics, analyze data, and tell a clear impact story Key requirements Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and blended learning theory Experience with learning technologies and content creation tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond)Solid business acumen and ability to conduct needs analyses to support goals Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to facilitate large groups and foster creativity and learning outcomes Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills Collaborative and comfortable navigating organizational dynamics Ability to exercise independent judgment in ambiguous situationscollaborationcommunicationfacilitation Articulate 360 Rise Vyond
