Deputy Chief Compliance Officer - Regulatory Leader

Alger seeks a highly motivated Vice President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to lead the firm's compliance program for three SEC-registered advisers. Reporting to the Senior VP, Head of Legal & Compliance, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to foster a culture of ethics. You will design and enforce policies, supervise staff, monitor trading activity, coordinate with investment, trading, operations, marketing and client service teams, and manage SEC examinations.
