Marketing Analytics Director - Fintech📍 Miami, FL (Hybrid)💰 $185k-$215k Base + BonusWe're partnering with a fast-growing fintech that invests heavily in paid acquisition and is looking for a senior marketing analytics leader to build the next generation of its marketing measurement capability. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure where none exists. The business has strong growth ambitions, significant marketing budgets and executive sponsorship, but they've reached a point where increasing spend further requires stronger measurement, experimentation and data science. You'll own the marketing analytics function end-to-end, helping answer questions such as: Is growth limited by creative performance or media allocation? Which channels are truly incremental? How should budget be optimized across platforms? How can acquisition scale without impacting credit portfolio quality? What is the true value of a lead before it's acquired?
