Director, Institutional Distribution

Responsibilities: Originate and convert relationships with institutional allocators (asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices) into committed allocations; Translate complex on-chain yield strategies into clear investment conviction, driving capital inflows from experienced allocators; Identify and develop strategic opportunities, including partnerships, co-investment structures, and distribution agreements that expand kpk's institutional reach; Contribute directly to product structuring and go-to-market strategy for new fund and vault products; Represent KPK at senior investor meetings, conferences, and industry forums relevant to institutional DeFi adoption.
