Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a float position requiring an active MA PT license and 1+ year of home care experience. Home health setting providing physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence. Patients range in age from birth to over 100 years with physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities. Covers North Region locations including Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott. Requires ability to travel to assigned cases across the coverage area. Shift schedule 08:00-16:30. Weekend rotation once every 6 weeks. Uses Epic for electronic documentation. Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts required; license required if applicable. Minimum 1 year of home care experience required. AHA certifications only. Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed. Must be able to collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. Utilizes timely electronic documentation in accordance with agency policies and standards of practice. Start date is contingent on credentialing clearance, with rescheduling if not cleared by the posted start date. Local candidates accepted if residing within 60 miles of Boston, at a reduced rate.
