Lead DTA Duties:
Serves as the Lead DTA and provides sustainment of DTS for the unit and geographically separated units. Monitor functional aspects of DTS to ensure continued successful operation. Review and examine all travel claims submitted by unit members. Verifies personal information is correct, such as: address, phone number, email address, bank information, split disbursement to GTC card is annotated on voucher. Examines and verifies for adequacy, legality, propriety, and completeness a full range of vouchers and documentation for travel and travel-related expenses and shipment/storage of household goods. Monitors user information and controls user access to Privacy Act Information and travel documents. Establish the Certifying Officer appointment process.
