Remote Maternal & Infant RD - Telehealth

Pomelo Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support families through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early infancy via telehealth. You’ll provide nutrition assessments, counseling, and individualized care plans, collaborating with care teams to coordinate support across nationwide programs. Use evidence-based, data-informed practices to improve maternal and infant health outcomes and help reduce disparities in access to high-quality nutrition care.
