Warehouse Picker/Packer 1st Shift

Location: Hebron, KY (Bus line 40x)

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Your responsibilities will include: Pick, pack, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Use RF scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and process orders. Receive, sort, organize, and move products throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock verification. Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and stooping. Ability to push, pull, and move warehouse materials.
