In Home Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the flooring products and services offered by our client. Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales techniques. Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their flooring needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver accurate estimates. Create and present customized flooring solutions that meet the client's budget, style preferences, and functional requirements. Follow up with leads and clients in a timely manner to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.

Qualifications: Previous in home sales experience within the Home Services industry - Flooring, Windows, Doors, Roofing, Blinds, etc...Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits: OTE First Year - $80,000 - $120,000 Competitive base salary with commission and bonus opportunities.
