40 Work Hours:8am-5pm Occasional Overtime Multiple Openings Warehouse Laborer San Antonio, TX JPA Workforce - San Antonio is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st shift 8am - 5pm, Order Picker position. The pay rate HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, safety-conscious, and able to accurately select and prepare items for shipment.
What you'll do:
Pick and pull tires from warehouse inventory based on order sheets or RF scanners. Accurately stage and prepare orders for shipping. Ensure correct quantity and product selection. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow company safety protocols at all times. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Education:
No formal education required. Physical: Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs) Standing / Walking Bending / Stooping / Kneeling Pushing / Pulling Hot Environments Climbing (Ladders / Scaffolding) Extreme heights Ability to lift and carry tires Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and reliability to meet shift schedules. Related Experience: Order picking, Dock Worker, Laborer, Material Handler, Warehouse Worker, Inventory
