What you'll do: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and write reports Write, monitor and update Behavior Intervention Plans Supervise RBTs delivering services Present at IEP meetings and train teachers and paraprofessionals Provide crisis support and de-escalation coaching Schedule and pay School days on the MCPS calendar (summers off) $100,000-$115,000 a year What you need Active BCBA certification Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) At least 3 years of school-based or clinical experience with students with autism Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians Completion of Maryland Online IEP training before your first day (we'll set it up) Ability to pass a full criminal background check and fingerprinting Current MCPS employees aren't eligible Why Reach Higher Salaried, with a steady school-day schedule on the MCPS calendar Summers, nights and weekends off Our operations team handles scheduling, billing and paperwork, so your time goes to students A growing, multi-state team with room to move up Active BCBA certification Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) At least 3 years of school-based or clinical experience with students with autism Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians Completion of Maryland Online IEP training before your first day (we'll set it up) Ability to pass a full criminal background check and fingerprinting Current MCPS employees aren't eligible
