About the role

Overview In this role you will translate the DAIO workforce strategy into actionable plans and deliverables, partnering with HR, DAIO, Learning, and Technology to support workforce planning and transformation. You will provide data-driven insights to leaders, manage workstreams, and drive adoption of new skills and operating models. The position emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to enable AI and analytics-enabled transformation. This is a strategic, execution-focused role that shapes how the organization builds capabilities for the future. Compensation / Benefitsshort-term or annual bonuseslong-term incentiveson-the-spot recognitiontotal compensation packagebase pay with potential above rangeflexible rewards Responsibilities Translate strategic direction into analyses, workforce plans, and outputs ready for implementation Conduct demand, capacity, and skills analyses to support strategic workforce planning Maintain and refresh workforce plans, models, and assumptions as priorities evolve Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership discussions Provide consultative support to DAIO leaders and partners using workforce insights Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for assigned workstreams Support change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communications, and adoption planning Assess people/organizational impacts and translate them into actionable workforce plans Track progress against milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues; escalate as needed Coordinate execution across HR, DAIO, Learning, and Technology to ensure timely delivery Support skills forecasting, role segmentation, and identification of critical roles in DAIOPartner with HR and Learning to execute AI, analytics, and digital capability skilling initiatives Support build-versus-buy analyses by gathering internal and external data Serve as ongoing partner to stakeholders with clear communication and follow-through Facilitate working sessions to gather input, synthesize perspectives, and drive alignment Support governance with vendors and partners by tracking deliverables and outcomes Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field Minimum 8 years of related experience in workforce strategy, strategic workforce planning, management or internal consulting, change management, HR analytics, or transformation-focused roles Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Demonstrated consulting skills including structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, synthesis, and leadership-ready recommendations Experience supporting change management and adoption for complex transformations Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Working knowledge of workforce planning concepts, skills-based talent approaches, and transformation initiatives Working knowledge of change management principles including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, readiness, and adoption Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive-ready materials and senior stakeholder discussions Comfort with ambiguity and executing against evolving strategic direction Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship; STEM OPT not supportedstakeholder engagementfacilitationclear communicationdata-driven analyticsworkforce planningHR analytics
