TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing hospital-owned practice at an independent community hospital in Clinton, North Carolina. This opportunity offers the ability to practice broad-based general urology with autonomy, strong referral support, and a lifestyle-friendly schedule in a collaborative community setting. This role is ideal for physicians interested in building a practice, shaping service line growth, and working closely with accessible leadership in an independent hospital environment.

- Kidney stone management
