Role Description: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role located in Gary, IN. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and ensure interventions are implemented with fidelity. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring progress through data collection and analysis, and adjusting programs based on ongoing outcomes. The role involves collaborating with parents, caregivers, and school staff to provide education, coaching, and support, as well as maintaining documentation that meets professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, program design, and data-driven intervention. Candidates should possess skills in Psychology and Behavior Management to support emotional regulation, social skills, and positive behavior supports. Candidates should possess the ability to provide Parent Education, including coaching caregivers on implementing strategies in home and community settings. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children or adolescents in clinical, school, or community settings. Knowledge of ethical guidelines and compliance standards related to ABA practice. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Ability to work on-site in Gary, IN and participate in team meetings and training.
