About the role
Gusto is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own backend services and APIs that empower savers to manage retirement accounts like 401(k)s and IRAs. You will ship end-to-end, building interfaces for savers and partnering with Product, Design, Compliance, and Operations to meet complex financial requirements.
You’ll work hands-on, apply AI tools in engineering workflows, and help drive reliable, scalable software.
