EEO Investigator Investigate internal complaints of discrimination, including claims of harassment. Provide an internal avenue of redress through the investigation and resolution of complaints of unlawful employment discrimination and harassment. Strong investigative skills are essential, along with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to quickly synthesize information to distill critical issues and formulate recommendations that consider risks, benefits, and alternative perspectives is necessary. Strong people skills are required to understand and effectively navigate within a large organizational structure. The ability to work in a fast-paced setting is also important.
