Membership Growth & Engagement Director

The Y in Central Maryland is seeking a Membership Director to oversee all aspects of membership operations for the Family Center. You will lead strategies to acquire and retain members, supervise staff, and build corporate partnerships while guiding fundraising campaigns and ensuring high-quality member service. Responsibilities include developing membership initiatives, training teams, coordinating registration, and maintaining operational excellence in alignment with association standards.
