Symbotic is seeking candidates for its Operations Development Program (ODP), an 18-month rotational path to prepare future leaders in Operations. The program provides exposure to Customer Operations and related functions within Symbotic's automated distribution environment. ODP Associates rotate through core operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship while driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
