About the role

Duties: HelpReviews records and interviews basic trainees. Gathers required information to generate the member's initial UPRG, a record that is maintained throughout their career. Conducts substantive review of education and military personnel records (e.g., comparing data such as test scores and education) to determine AFSC codes. Updates, inquires, and processes actions through automated systems. Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc., pertaining to the Basic Military Training Records Processing section. Performs up to six briefings daily to trainees, which gives the trainee instructions to procedures to follow while in Records Processing.
