Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives Assess and record progress and prepare students for assessments Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school Participate in ongoing training sessions Prepare and encourage students to be engaged in their learning environment Update all necessary records accurately, updating student performance and developmental progress Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to plan and organize hands-on activities that promote active learning Knowledge of classroom management and effective teaching methods Proficient with educational technology and resource integration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State Teaching Certification (preferred) First Aid and Child CPR certifications (beneficial)
