Senior Director of Compliance - Affordable Housing

Related Management Company is seeking a Compliance Director to oversee day-to-day compliance for a 2,500-unit 100% affordable master-planned development in the Willets Point area of Queens, NY. You will lead a team of about 10 specialists, ensure adherence to federal, state, and local housing regulations, and coordinate with LIHTC and MOR processes. The role requires strong knowledge of HUD/HPR/15/15 programs, notary license in NY, and collaboration with public agencies and partners to ensure
