Director of Developer Experience & Platform

Equinix is seeking a senior platform leader to own the developer platform, the IDE, copilots, and the developers’ voice. You will establish scalable, secure foundations and drive AI-assisted development across engineering teams. In this role, you will lead quality engineering initiatives, implement canonical test stacks, and shorten feedback loops to accelerate delivery while maintaining system reliability and developer satisfaction.
