K-5 Dean of Academics - Data-Driven Leader

BASIS Ed Phoenix Primary seeks a Dean of Academics for grades K-5 to begin ASAP. This role leads academic achievement, MTSS interventions, assessment practices, and data-driven instruction, working with teachers, families, and leaders to support strong student growth. The ideal candidate analyzes data, coordinates intervention systems, mentors teachers, and collaborates with the Dean of Students to support the whole child.
