As Vice President Of Operations, You’llLead, manage, and hold operational leaders and teams accountable for results Own operational performance, including revenue, gross margin, overhead, forecasting, and KPIsDrive customer satisfaction, retention, quality, and service excellence Develop leaders and build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement Ensure teams consistently follow company processes, SOPs, and safety standards Allocate people, equipment, and resources to support operational and growth objectives Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and executive leadership to achieve company goals
