CSR, Exterior The Exterior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Collect Trash – Daily – 1 x Parking garages – all levels Entry walkways Patio and pondside seating areas Wiping down and cleaning receptacles, as needed Policing immediate exterior of properties to pick-up trash and debris Clean dock and side storage area Entryways and Balconies – Daily – 1 x Remove litter, debris and bird soil, as needed Sweep and/or spot clean, as needed Remove cobwebs in corners and spot clean doors and surrounding glass Move/Reset/Wipe down furniture as needed Inclement Weather, when applicable Remove snow/ice during inclement weather Patio Areas – Check areas daily Remove litter, debris and bird soil, as neededWipe down furniture - DailySpot clean flagstone, as neededWipe down elevators panels - daily Vacuum elevators Other duties assigned by Site Manager To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team. Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment. Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
