Corporate Counsel: Bitcoin & Capital Markets Expert

Strategy is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team at the Tysons, VA headquarters. The role touches capital markets, financing, corporate governance, securities compliance, and tax matters, with bitcoin at the center of Strategy's treasury strategy. Location is onsite four days a week. The ideal candidate has a U.S. law degree, bar admission, 3–6 years of corporate experience, and familiarity with capital markets, M&A, and digital assets.
