Job Description: Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects from sitework through turnover. Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, quality, and safety. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Drive project execution to meet schedule and budget goals. Partner closely with Project Managers and Assistant Superintendents. Mentor and develop field staff on assigned projects. Maintain clear communication with ownership, consultants, and project teams. Support seamless transitions between current and upcoming projects. Travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina as project needs require. The Successful Applicant Proven experience leading ground-up, wood-framed multifamily projects. Experience on apartment communities valued between $40M and $80M.Ability to manage projects from early sitework through completion. Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills. Stable employment history with demonstrated project success.

Preferred Qualifications: Three or more years with recent employers. Experience delivering Class A garden-style multifamily communities. Background working for established multifamily general contractors or developer-builders.
