Position Overview:
This is a full-time position working various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Full benefits are offered. Under the general direction of the Cafe Supervisor/Manager, you will perform a variety of duties related to the cash handling and customer service to staff and visitors. We are seeking a leader who will be able to supervise daily operations, support our cashier team, and assist with the café grill as needed.
Pre-employment Requirements:
We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
Validation of high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but will consider previous related work experience.
Job Requirements:
- Mobile County Health Department Food Handlers card or Serve Safe Certification
- Previous cashier experience is required
- Previous grill cook experience is preferred
- Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Assist Retail Supervisor in daily operations
- Lead and motivate staff to complete daily tasks
- Prepare daily cafe receipts for processing as well as reports
- Handle escalated customer service concerns
- Cross-train for other positions
