Work you'll doAs the Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer, your responsibilities will include: SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting SailPoint IIQ development and implementationApplication Onboarding and support Lifecycle Management PAM Integration Account Creation and onboardingVulnerability management (e.g. patching) Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility) Effort estimation & project planning Directing development resources assigned Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving. QualificationsDo you possess the following?: Analytical problem-solving capabilities Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight Strong communication skills for employees above and below Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD) Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance SCIM API Experience Web Services Connector Experience Database (JDBC) Connector Experience Strong BeanShell/Java Certification and Access Review Access Request Support Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements; available for on-call 24x7 support Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
