Work Environment: Our rehabilitation center is designed to provide a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for both patients and staff. You'll be part of an interprofessional team, working alongside Medical Doctors (MDs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Chiropractors (DCs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs). Key Responsibilities: Manage and treat an adult patient caseload, primarily consisting of individuals aged 40-65, with an average of three patients scheduled per hour. Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient, utilizing evidence-based approaches to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients. Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation using the CureMD Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, self-management techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to promote recovery and prevent re-injury. Patient Population / Client FocusIn our clinic, we primarily serve adults aged 40 to 65 who are navigating various orthopedic conditions. Many patients seek therapy after surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain management. You will be providing targeted treatment aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing the overall quality of life for your patients. We pride ourselves on creating individualized care plans that address both the physical and emotional aspects of rehabilitation.

Qualifications: A Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; further credentials or a Master's Degree will be favored. A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey compassion and understanding to patients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making skills to develop effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience: At least two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred; however, new graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered. Prior experience in orthopedic care is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly CureMD, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual compensation for this role ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
