Code created here run against real capital, used by trading teams around the clock Engineers with deep systems experience and a genuine bar for performance and stability are encouraged to apply, no matter what industry that experience comes from.
About the Role:
Software engineers in this role sit in a unique position where they communicate frequently with traders as the liaison between engineering. The work is high paced with focus on performance, stability and automation. Problems here are genuinely hard, and correctness matters because the cost of a bug is immediate and visible.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy new and existing components, systems, and frameworks.
Propose new designs and enhance existing architectures to continuously improve system performance, functionality, scalability, and stability.
Develop and maintain critical low-latency trading infrastructure used by investment teams.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering, technology, and business teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement, reliability, and automation of production trading systems.
What We're Looking For:
Strong computer science fundamentals.
Expert-level C++ development skills.
Experience building enterprise systems and low-latency applications.
Practical experience with message-oriented middleware such as Solace, LBM, Tib/RV, or similar technologies.
Strong networking and multithreaded programming skills.
Experience designing and developing highly performant, reliable distributed systems.
Prior experience developing position management systems and associated risk and compliance checks is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and system-design abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related technical or quantitative discipline.
Why This Role You won't be maintaining someone else's legacy system or waiting months to see your code matter. What you build here instantly becomes the infrastructure other engineers and traders depend on.
