This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring each client's itinerary is accurate, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs. You'll work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to trip planning, allowing for a seamless and stress-free travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget requirements.
Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings using online tools.
Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details in a digital database.
Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with administrative scheduling and logistical research.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via email or chat and assist with itinerary changes or travel issues.
Ensure a smooth and positive client experience by organizing travel documents and providing timely updates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, virtual setting.
Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, and comfort navigating online booking tools).
